Role Description & Responsibilities:

The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a strategic business partner to functional and operational leaders, providing financial insights, analytics, and decision support that drive performance and profitability. This role goes beyond traditional reporting to proactively influence strategy, optimize resource allocation, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with advanced analytical capabilities and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilitiies:

Strategic Business Partnership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, supporting strategic planning and operational decision-making
  • Partner with department heads to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans aligned with company objectives
  • Provide financial guidance on pricing, investments, cost optimization, and growth initiatives
  • Challenge assumptions and offer data-driven recommendations to improve business outcomes
  • Support leadership with scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for key strategic initiatives

Business Analytics & Insights
  • Develop advanced financial and operational models to analyze performance drivers and profitability
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through deep analysis of financial and operational data
  • Create dashboards and KPIs that enhance visibility into business performance
  • Conduct variance analysis and clearly communicate root causes and corrective actions
  • Leverage data visualization tools and analytics platforms to improve reporting and insight delivery

Performance Management
  • Lead recurring business reviews and performance discussions with stakeholders
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Compensation & Benefits

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $126000 and $163000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
