Full Job Description

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support G&A functions and the Incident Response (IR) business. We are looking for a focused financial professional who can combine financial and business acumen with natural curiosity and a willingness to partner with leaders to shape outcomes. This role combines G&A financial partnership with direct P&L ownership for the Incident Response business. 

Responsibilities

  • Own planning, forecasting, and monthly close for OPEX, Capital, and Headcount in support of G&A functions (Finance, I.T., Legal, and HR). 
  • For IR business, partner with Head of Incident Response to manage the IR P&L and meet margin and revenue goals. Support of the IR business includes maintaining a capacity staffing model, understanding the relationship between IR bookings and revenue, managing IR OPEX and COGS, and tracking KPIs for the IR business. 
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and function as a trusted financial adviser to establish strategic plans and objectives for the business that drive operational and financial improvements. 
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis and executive level business commentary for G&A and IR business partners. 
  • Partner with business leaders to track headcount, vendor spend, and project-based investments against plan. 

Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of FP&A or related finance experience, experience managing a P&L a plus. 
  • Experience using an enterprise FP&A planning platform and an ERP system (Pigment, NetSuite, or similar). 
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and willingness to use AI to increase efficiency and enhance analysis. Specific experience with Claude or Copilot a plus. 
  • Intellectual curiosity focused on the “why” behind financial metrics (i.e., what are the business drivers, not just the numbers). 
  • Ability to translate financial information into concise business narratives. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

The base salary range for this job family is 63,000 to 150,000 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
