Position Title: Senior Financial Advisor
Salary Range: $135,000 - $250,000 / Year DOEAs a Senior Financial Advisor, you'll help successful individuals and families navigate important financial decisions through a highly personalized planning process designed to align their wealth with their values, goals, and vision for the future. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex financial conversations while building long-term relationships that make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and values
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans
- Collaborate with associate advisors to ensure comprehensive client service
- Utilize a specific methodology to communicate financial strategies
- Provide coaching and support to clients throughout the planning process
- Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on high-net-worth individuals
Requirements: - Advanced degree such as J.D., CFA, CFP, or CPA is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead advisor with a proven track record managing clients with an average net worth of $2 million+
- RIA experience is required for lead candidates
- BA degree is required for all candidates
- Experience in a broker dealer environment is acceptable
- Flexibility in work hours is preferred
