Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis role transitions our recruitment function from a reactive model to a proactive, sourcing-led engine that drives high-density talent acquisition for our Finance organization. You will solve the challenge of talent scarcity by moving beyond application reviews to actively hunting passive finance and accounting experts, unblocking complex hiring hurdles through real-time market insights.
By acting as a consultant to executive leadership, this position ensures that our CFO departments are staffed with high-density talent through proactive hunting and sophisticated market architecture.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):- Map competitor talent pools across financial sectors to build a sustainable pipeline for critical Account, Tax, FP&A, and Corporate Finance functions
- Conduct technical and functional deep-dive screens to evaluate alignment with specific financial competencies (e.g., GAAP, internal audit, fiscal modeling)
- Meet or exceed a delivery target of 16 hires per quarter across varying levels of seniority while maintaining a "Time in Process" of 30 days or less
- Drive 20% of total hires through outbound sourcing of passive candidates to find niche talent
- Deliver high-quality shortlists with a 2:1 submission-to-interview ratio through rigorous assessment of both technical skills and business/financial acumen
- Utilize AI-sourcing tools and market data to identify aging requisitions early and lead recalibration sessions with leaders to adjust strategies
Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):- Ability to converse intelligently with Finance Directors/VPs regarding operational accounting, financial systems, and fiscal modeling
- Exceptional communication and influence skills required to partner directly with leadership, providing clear logic and evidence to guide hiring decisions
- Critical experience in full-cycle recruitment ownership, including strategic intake, high-activity outbound hunting, and complex offer negotiation
- Technical mastery of enterprise ATS platforms like iCIMS and proficiency in sourcing platforms, AI-search aggregators, and relevant financial networks
- Analytical capability to perform compensation benchmarking and talent mapping, providing a clear view of the competitive landscape for specialized finance roles
- AI literacy and application expertise used to automate candidate discovery, streamline screening workflows, and enhance the precision of niche skill identification
Minimum Requirements:- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in Full-Cycle Recruiting, with experience supporting Finance functions
- Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
- Enterprise-grade ATS (e.g., iCIMS)
- Technical sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Data-driven hiring pivots for niche roles
- High-activity outbound sourcing for passive talent

Salary RangesCompensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
