As a full-time Senior Finance Operations Analyst at SIXT, you will play a unique dual role, owning North America's B2B credit function while leading high-impact Finance Operations projects and process improvement initiatives. You'll build scalable credit risk capabilities, support automation efforts, and partner with global stakeholders to drive operational excellence across the organization. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
  • You support North America's Finance Operations organization by managing the B2B credit function and ensuring sound credit risk practices that balance business growth with prudent financial decision-making
  • You manage commercial credit evaluations, establish credit limits, conduct portfolio reviews, monitor customer risk exposure, and lead Finance Operations projects focused on automation, process improvement, and operational scalability
  • You liaise with Commercial, Sales, Accounting, Treasury, global Finance Operations teams in Germany, and cross-functional business partners to align credit governance, business objectives, and operational best practices
  • You maintain credit exposure dashboards, portfolio reporting, KPI metrics, financial analyses, process documentation, and reporting tools that provide leadership with actionable insights and proactive risk identification
  • You receive and analyze customer financial information, credit applications, aging reports, operational data, and business trends to evaluate risk, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
  • You assist leadership with treasury-related analyses, system enhancements, automation initiatives, executive reporting, and continuous improvement projects that strengthen Finance Operations across North America

YOUR SKILLS MATTER
  • Education & Experience You have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required. An MBA, CPA, Credit Management Certification, or similar professional designation is preferred. You have 5+ years of experience in credit analysis, corporate finance, finance operations, risk management, or a related discipline
  • Credit & Financial Analysis You possess a strong understanding of financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, portfolio management, credit policy administration, and commercial credit decision-making
  • Technical & Analytical Expertise You have advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models, dashboards, KPI reporting, aging analyses, and business insights. Experience with ERP systems, credit management platforms, SAP, Oracle, HighRadius, or similar systems is preferred. SQL, Tableau, or Power BI experience is a plus
  • Process Improvement & Automation You have demonstrated success improving business processes, supporting automation initiatives, implementing operational efficiencies, and contributing to scalable Finance Operations solutions
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management You demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to present financial risks, recommendations, and business insights clearly to leadership, commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ownership & Independent Judgment You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of making sound decisions under pressure while balancing business growth objectives with prudent risk management practices
