The Senior Enterprise Finance Architect is a strategic technology leader within Rehlko's Enterprise IT organization, responsible for defining, governing, and advancing the architecture of the company's global Finance technology landscape. This role serves as the primary technical advisor to Finance leadership and partners closely with Finance organization and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions that support financial reporting, consolidation, planning, forecasting, treasury, tax, and core finance operations.
The Senior Enterprise Finance Architect owns the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Finance applications, with primary responsibility for OneStream, SAP FICO, and related financial systems. The role establishes enterprise standards, drives global solution governance, ensures data integrity across Finance platforms, and leads the delivery of capabilities that enable accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights.
This position combines deep expertise in Finance business processes, Financial Reporting and Consolidation, SAP Finance, and OneStream architecture with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and guide strategic technology decisions across the enterprise.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESEnterprise Finance Architecture
- Define and govern the enterprise architecture strategy for Finance systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives, transformation initiatives and technology standards
- Lead architectural decision across financial reporting, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax and core finance operations
- Establish global Finance technology standards, integration strategies, and solution roadmaps.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve Finance capabilities, efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
OneStream Technical Ownership
- Serve as the technical owner and architect for the OneStream platform, including Consolidation, Reporting, Planning, Forecasting, Reconciliations, and Financial Close.
- Define OneStream architecture, security, metadata, reporting, and integration standards.
- Lead implementation, enhancement, optimization, and upgrade initiatives.
- Partner with Finance leaders to continuously improve reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities.
SAP Finance Strategy
- Serve as the enterprise architect for SAP Finance solutions, with deep expertise in SAP FICO
- Lead architecture supporting General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
- Define SAP-to-OneStream integration strategies and ensure alignment across Finance applications.
- Develop and maintain the SAP Finance technology roadmap in partnership with business and IT leaders.
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Design and govern solutions supporting financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting.
- Ensure systems effectively support financial close, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive improvements in reporting accuracy, automation, transparency, and auditability.
Finance Data Architecture & Governance
- Establish standards for financial master data, chart of accounts, hierarchies, metadata, and reporting structures.
- Ensure accurate, consistent financial data across SAP, OneStream, Treasury, Tax, and related applications.
- Maintain a single source of truth for Finance reporting and analytics.
- Drive improvements in data quality, reconciliation, controls, and audit readiness.
Solution Delivery & Technical Leadership
- Lead architecture reviews, solution design, governance, testing, and deployment activities.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple initiatives while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.
- Mentor architects, analysts, developers, and implementation partners.
- Drive issue resolution, system optimization, and ongoing support for critical Finance applications.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with business objectives.
- List the main/typical organizational relationships
REQUIREMENTSRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Finance systems and technology platforms.
- 5+ years of architecture and implementation leadership experience with OneStream.
- 8+ years of SAP Finance experience with deep expertise in SAP FICO.
- Strong understanding of: Financial Consolidation, Financial Close Processes, External and Management Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Treasury Management, Tax Reporting, Financial Controls and Compliance
- Experience designing and supporting integrations between OneStream, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
- Proven experience leading global Finance transformation and enterprise application initiatives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, data governance, and solution design.
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Experience supporting treasury management, tax solutions and financial data warehouses
- Experience with global finance organizations operating across multiple regions and legal entities.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance, financial controls, and audit requirements.
- OneStream and/or SAP certifications.

The Salary range for this position is $129,150.00-$165,000.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
