The candidate assists in managing a multi-faceted, dynamic project at the leading edge of the operational AI initiative and serves as a local deputy for the Project Manager who administers the portfolio. The candidate has experience successfully executing projects in a complex and uncertain environment. The candidate is proficient in the collection and curation of information from various user bases to drive critical AI model improvements and user interface (UI) workflow enhancements specifically to improve fires support and AI enabled mission command development.

The work is performed in a multidisciplinary team setting, with varying and competitive vendors in which the candidate's management skills and tactful cooperation will be tested. The candidate will be liaison to several lines of effort from Everforth ECS managed programs delivering insights and revolutionary capabilities directly to the US Military customers and Operational Forces both CONUS and OCONUS. The ideal candidate is decidedly self-motivated and enthusiastic about implementing and developing new technologies in a dynamic environment where initiative through outside-the-box thinking is valued and where deadlines are important to national security.

The candidate will contribute to a critical pathfinder program for the Department of Defense (DoD) that is changing how we gather, share, integrate and invigorate intelligence work.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic solutions for alignment of people and practices in the interest of the end-users. • Work directly with the Government team daily via hybrid work environments to define requirements, adjust to changing priorities, and adapt to strategic challenges that influence focus of effort. • Prepare and deliver status reports for site activity covering ongoing efforts, leadership engagements, and distinguished visitor events. Provide weekly project updates to the Government Program Manager and Everforth ECS management team via VTC meetings during EST business hours.
  • Demonstrate and cultivate the agile values of courage, openness, respect, commitment and focus within your team. Successful application of these values reflects directly on program adoption.
  • Provide value in technical training to the entire range of possible users, from first-time to seasoned users. The applicant must be able to administer full-scope training from side-saddle, one-on-one, ad-hoc training up to large, classroom style group training.

  • Must be a US Citizen with a TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
