ABOUT THIS ROLEThis is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys building programs from strategy through execution and measuring business impact. You'll have the opportunity to shape DebtBook's field marketing strategy, work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and executive leadership, and play a direct role in driving pipeline and revenue growth.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership from strategy through execution, communicates proactively across teams, and follows through on commitments. Success in this role requires balancing creativity with operational excellence, strong attention to detail, and a relentless focus on measurable business outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DOAs the
Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will define and lead DebtBook's field and event marketing strategy, owning events as a primary driver of marketing pipeline and revenue impact.
You will:
- Develop and continuously optimize DebtBook's field marketing strategy, using data and business priorities to determine where we invest, where we expand, and where we pull back
- Build and own our association relations program: speaking submission calendars, program committee and organizer relationships, sponsorship negotiations, and recruiting customers as co-presenters
- Orchestrate a repeatable, omni-channel motion around every major event - scored attendee targeting, coordinated email cadences, Sales outreach collaboration - so our team walks into every event with meetings already booked
- Partner with Sales on the full event lifecycle: context-rich lead capture on-site, segmented follow-up, bridge programming, and routing unconverted leads into targeted nurture
- Establish ROI frameworks for events, including pipeline attribution, influenced revenue, and post-event conversion metrics, and run post-event readouts that feed field learnings back into content, demand gen, and product marketing
- Attend at least one conference per month, representing DebtBook on-site and directing execution in collaboration with an events coordinator and external vendors - providing strategic direction rather than owning logistics day-to-day
- Partner with executive leadership to identify strategic industry opportunities and maximize DebtBook's visibility in the market.
WHAT YOU'll BRING- 5+ years in B2B SaaS field or event marketing.
- Experience owning a $400K conference budget.
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline through conferences, executive events, and partner marketing.
- Experience partnering closely with enterprise Sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign ROI and pipeline attribution.
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Comfortable traveling approximately 50%+.
