Minimum qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale B2B field events and enterprise trade shows, preferably within B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of independently owning a geographic territory's event execution and delivering measurable pipeline growth.
  • Strong organizational skills with extensive experience managing high-volume event calendars, vendor contracts, and regional budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, advocate for regional priorities, and drive cross-functional alignment across marketing teams.
  • Willingness to travel across North America for key regional programs and events (~20-30%).

Preferred qualifications
  • Direct experience designing and executing executive-level engagement programs (e.g., C-Level roundtables, summits/conferences, VIP experiences).
  • Proficiency with enterprise marketing and event technology (e.g., Google Workspace, Salesforce, Marketo, AirTable, ReachDesk, etc).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building event attribution models and analyzing regional ROI (Experience with Looker a plus).

About the job

Wiz is looking for a Senior Global Field Events Manager to lead and execute the global field event strategy across the North American territory. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Field Events, you will be executing programs in North America-ranging from signature CSP sponsorships, Wiz-curated technical summits, to high-touch gatherings and more. Partnering with Regional Field Marketing, you'll localize global event programs to fuel regional pipeline, elevate the brand, and deliver a unified Wiz experience across North America. We need a highly organized, high-ownership event strategist who balances big-picture vision with execution, using strong cross-functional influence to drive territory goals and regional priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Territory Event Strategy: Analyze the needs of North America to apply the Global Field Events strategy and own the end-to-end planning and execution for the North America territory to drive local pipeline, accelerate deals, and build brand awareness.
  • Flawless Program Execution: As the lead or in partnership with agency vendors, lead the event design including but not limited to site selection, vendor negotiations, experiential elements, run-of-show logistics, and onsite management across third-party sponsorships to owned programs.
  • Own Event Content, Speakers & Sponsorships: Adapt global templates to build localized event agendas, recruit and brief internal/external speakers, and manage regional sponsorship models-handling everything from partner packaging to flawless onsite deliverable execution.
  • Field Marketing Enablement & Collaboration: Partner closely with Regional Field Marketing leads to equip them with localized event strategies, playbooks, messaging, and toolkits-ensuring field teams are fully enabled to align with Sales, drive attendance, and execute post-event lead follow-up.
  • Territory Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage the program budget, establish clear KPIs for chosen programs, and analyze pipeline contribution to report performance to leadership.
  • Process & Brand Standards: Adapt global field event playbooks for the territory, ensuring every North American touchpoint reflects Wiz's standard: simple, thoughtful, and customer-obsessed.

Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
