Join the team as Twilio's next Senior Field Enablement Business Partner

About the job

Twilio is seeking a Senior Field Enablement Partner to join our Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of GTM Specialist Enablement, you will act as a critical strategic partner to our Global Customer Services (GCS) organization as we transform our enablement model and scale the business.

In this role, you won't just deliver training-you'll drive performance, productivity, and revenue effectiveness. You will design, localize, and roll out high-impact enablement strategies, programs, and tools that equip GCS to be successful. If you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, love building from the ground up, and take pride in seeing the direct business impact of your work, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:
  • Act as a Strategic Consultant: Partner directly with GCS leadership to analyze qualitative and quantitative performance data, identifying skill gaps and defining key competencies to deploy targeted enablement solutions.
  • Deliver High-Impact Learning: Facilitate interactive virtual instructor-led (vILT) and in-person enablement sessions tailored to specific field roles and audiences.
  • Drive Program Execution & Adoption: Collaboratively plan, prioritize, and execute GCS enablement roadmaps while ensuring strong pre- and post-program evaluation metrics and long-term adoption.
  • Co-Design Modern Curriculum: Partner with the Learning Experience Design (LXD) team to establish clear learning objectives grounded in adult learning theory and measurable business outcomes.
  • Optimize & Iterate Content: Continually evaluate curriculum effectiveness, proposing data-backed updates, fresh content, and updates to internal knowledge bases and weekly enablement communications.
  • Maintain Competitive Edge: Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor products to ensure field teams are equipped to differentiate Twilio effectively.

Qualifications

Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

*Required:
  • 5+ years of total experience in services/sales enablement, services/sales operations, or direct professional services, with 3+ years in a strategic enablement or business partner role.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success driving measurable performance impact and ROI through field enablement programs.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the B2B sales/services cycle within SaaS or complex enterprise tech environments.
  • Modern Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Gong), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Instructional Grounding: Strong understanding of adult learning theory and practical application of frameworks like Bloom's Taxonomy to design outcomes-based learning.
  • Analytical & Consultative Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable enablement initiatives and influence executive stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Adaptable & Collaborative: A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, excellent facilitation skills, and a proven ability to build trust across global matrixed teams.
