Qualifications

• 3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports
• 10 years of experience in facilities management or construction project management
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, facilities management, construction management, property management, or related field (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams in high volume capital improvement environments
• Strong knowledge of capital project delivery and vendor management
• Experience in managing complex, high project volume, multi-trade environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of facility managers for effective site assessments and budgeting
• Oversee development of Scopes of Work, RFPs, bid evaluations, and vendor selection to meet company standards
• Ensure vendor performance and project quality by enforcing contracts and validating deliverables
• Manage a diverse portfolio of multi-site properties, focusing on prioritization and risk management
• Direct emergency response execution for disaster recovery while minimizing customer impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align project delivery with organizational goals
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and Government Agencies for timely approvals and compliance
• Implement project standards and process improvements for consistency and cost optimization
• Manage project financial performance through budgets and key performance indicators
• Support team development and succession planning for leadership growth
