Job Description:Do you enjoy assessing facilities? Enjoy traveling to different locations? Parsons provides program and facilities assessment support to military bases and installations worldwide.
We are seeking a Senior Facilities Assessor to evaluate and monitor field assessment data, assist in developing cost estimates, and support our global facilities assessment teams, as needed.
The selected candidate will work in design, construction, planning, real estate, and related functions. Keys to your success will be your previous experience conducting facilities assessments on military bases, installations, or campus settings; your knowledge of project controls and cost estimating; and your ability to track information using database software.
- Background in project controls and estimating, along with familiarity with MS Project and MS Office suite or similar software
- Capable of accurately monitoring and tracking information in the facility assessment database. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture required from an accredited institution, and a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) accreditation preferred
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (or related field) is required, and typically 3+ years of related experience.

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
