Description

SAIC is seeking a Senior Facilities Program Analyst to provide strategic and operational support primarily focused on the design, planning, and buildout execution of Collateral Secret (OSS) and Secure Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). This role requires leveraging expertise in facility space operations and physical security to ensure that the specialized requirements of secure spaces meet all Department of War (DoW) security standards. The specialist will work closely with senior management and military personnel across various organizations to coordinate and execute facility projects that are specifically designed to satisfy mission requirements.

This position requires full-time onsite support at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and design of office modifications and buildouts, ensuring compliance with DoW IT and security requirements. Develop strategic office space plans based on the latest guidance, optimizing physical placements to support efficient operations.
  • Capture and maintain physical space data to document requirements and optimize the placement of directorates and offices. Develop and implement strategies for allocating specific square footage and office spaces within Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)).
  • Assist in the maintenance of rosters, phone rosters, and space allocations. Analyze and develop options for the optimal use of office space.
  • Provide mid-level clerical and administrative support utilizing Microsoft Office applications. Support meeting preparations, manage correspondence, and gather necessary background information.
  • Create and maintain databases tracking office tasks and personnel changes. Assist in advising on HR functional programs and manpower and personnel transactions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of ten (10) years of experience in administrative support with a focus on facility space operations and physical security, particularly in environments requiring high-security measures like SCIFs or Masters and eight (8) years or more experience. Additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access is required.
  • Familiarity with security compliance and the specific requirements for OSS and SCIF buildouts.
  • Familiarity with general construction standards and practices is preferred.
  • Top Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain a TS/SCI required to maintain employment.
  • US citizenship required.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
