About the Team:

The Executive Assistant team at Relativity is the connective tissue that keeps leadership aligned, informed, and operating at speed. Far more than calendar managers, our EAs are trusted partners who anticipate needs, streamline decision-making, and create leverage for executives so they can focus on the most critical priorities. About the Role:

As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will operate at the center of Relativity's leadership and strategy. This is a highly visible, strategic, and demanding position that requires discretion, judgment, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. You will work closely with executive leadership to align priorities, streamline operations, and execute company-wide initiatives-serving as both a gatekeeper and an accelerator. The Senior Executive Assistant will coordinate logistics, streamline communication, and ensure alignment of priorities. They will proactively identify opportunities to offer support and help remove bottlenecks that could impact efficiency or progress. This role blends high-level administrative support with strategic operational oversight, ensuring that their executives can focus on high-impact work while you anticipate needs, manage critical communications, and coordinate across departments and external stakeholders. You'll also help lead a culture of excellence and efficiency within the Executive Assistant (EA) team, ensuring executive support is consistently world-class.
  • Manages complex calendars and prioritizes meetings based on strategic objectives
  • Drafts and manages high-level communications on behalf of executives (emails, briefings, agendas)
  • Serves as the primary point of contact and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes leadership offsites, internal events, board meetings, investor meetings, and VVIP tours
  • Helps align executive schedules with organizational priorities and key initiatives
  • Supports implementation of cross-functional executive decisions and initiatives
  • Anticipates and proactively solves logistical or operational issues
  • Partners with leadership to track and follow up on action items from meetings and projects
  • Models best practices in executive support, calendaring, information flow, and knowledge management
  • Coordinates briefing materials and prep for key meetings, speeches, and engagements
  • Continuously improves systems, workflows, and tools to drive efficiency across the executive office
  • Fosters a culture of ownership and accountability that minimizes rework and reduces the need for executive oversight
  • Mentors team members on briefings, execution plans, and communication to consistently meet executive needs
  • Drives consistency and high service quality across the EA function
  • Acts as a culture leader within the executive office-bringing positivity, discretion, and collaboration to all interactions

About You:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in high-growth or high-intensity environments
  • Emotionally intelligent and perceptive; anticipates needs, navigates complex dynamics, and communicates with empathy and discretion
  • Strategic, proactive problem-solver; operates with sound judgment and takes initiative to remove roadblocks before they arise
  • Consistently delivers high-caliber work; upholds exceptional standards of accuracy, quality, and professionalism across all responsibilities
  • Trusted partner and relationship-builder; forges strong cross-functional connections and positively influences team culture
  • Service-driven with executive presence; manages priorities seamlessly and supports leadership with a solutions-first mindset

  • Board of Directors meeting preparation experience
  • Experience leading or mentoring administrative staff
  • BA/BS degree or certifications in business or project management a plus
  • Prior experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace teams
  • Passion for space and emerging technology industries
