CompensationThe anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $90,000.00-$100,000.00

Position Summary Grainger is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive Administrative Assistant to support leaders and teams within the Grainger Frictionless Group (GFG). This role will provide executive-level administrative support while also serving as a key resource for office management and onsite operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, exercises sound judgment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
The Grainger Frictionless Group was established following Grainger's acquisition of frictionless inventory management technology assets from Adroit Worldwide Media (AWM), enhancing Grainger's KeepStock offering and helping customers streamline inventory management while reducing operational costs. As part of this innovative organization, you will play a critical role in supporting team operations and creating an exceptional workplace experience.
This is a full-time onsite position.
Key Responsibilities Executive Administrative Support
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for senior leaders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and executive communications.
- Support leadership meetings by organizing materials, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-up activities are completed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Office Management Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate office vendors, facilities requests, maintenance needs, and workplace services.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
- Support onboarding logistics for new employees, including workspace readiness and office orientation.
- Plan and coordinate onsite meetings, team events, employee engagement activities, and visitor accommodations.
- Maintain an organized, welcoming, and productive office environment that supports collaboration and team effectiveness.
Team & Operational Support
- Partner with leaders across the organization to coordinate activities and improve administrative processes.
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and expense management.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve team operations.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous office management or workplace operations experience.
- Experience supporting technology, engineering, or rapidly growing business teams.
- Strong project coordination and event planning experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
