We areseekinga Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role you will have the ability to work cross functionally at all levelsas you connect with others within the company. This is a fast-paced position that requiresyou to beflexible, proactive,resourceful,and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for scheduling and managing theexecutivecalendarsincluding prioritizing and resolving related conflicts,proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and externalindividuals,and maintaining an organized office.
  • Leverages technology tools and digital platforms to improve administrative processes, streamline communication, and increase team efficiency.
  • Organizes and coordinates travel and related requirements to include travel authorizations, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, airport transfers, expense reports; ensures that all travel arrangements are compliant with the Company27s Travel Policy.
  • Provides support in arranging meetings, including coordinating the agenda,collaborationof presentations/information, handlinglogistics,such as conference registrations, room reservations (internal and external), and local travel. Also, provides hospitality for Senior Management or guests of the department which may include planning,arranging,and confirming all local logisticssupport.
  • Manages and tracks small- to medium-sized projects, including timelines, key milestones, follow-ups, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepares, edits, and formats executive-level presentations, briefing materials, and reports for senior leaders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professional quality.
  • Uses Microsoft Office tools, Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms to organize information, manage documents, and support efficient workflow across the team.
  • Anticipates technology and meeting support needs for senior-level discussions, including presentation readiness, materials coordination, and follow-up documentation.
  • Performs general clerical duties; collects and opens mail; completes various forms,includingpurchase requisitions, shipping requests, travel expense reports, requests for payment, and consultancy agreements.


Education Requirements:


  • High School and some college preferred in Business, Communications, or similar field isideal.


Related Work Experience:


  • 5-7 years of experience in a high-level, executive support rolepreferred.


Functional Skills:


  • Intermediate knowledge ofMS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Concur travel system
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills areneeded.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines areneeded.
  • Experience scheduling travel arrangements and schedule for management.
  • Support experience in a professional services, sales, or marketing environment.
  • Experience successfully creating and/or modifyingprocesses.
  • Must possess proven ability to be a resourceful problem-solver.
  • Experience in coordinating projects.

Pay Range:

United States: 80,300 - 95,700 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

7.5

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
