How can you contribute to what we do?

This role provides executive, administrative, and project management support to the SVP of Lifestyle Leasing and their direct reports. This role acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the SVP's schedule: plans, books and coordinates travel and expenses for the SVP and their direct reports. This role also executes, coordinates and manages projects, analysis and reporting.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive Support to SVP, Lifestyle Leasing - 75%
  • Serve as an integrated and integral partner by assisting SVP with high touch executive support, project management, and development of key initiatives, goals and action items.
  • Attend high level confidential meetings: document notes and distribute action items to responsible parties and conduct consistent follow-up to ensure completion of action items in a timely manner.
  • Work closely and effectively with the EA to the CRO to keep the Leasing Leadership team well informed of upcoming deadlines, deliverables, commitments, and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Act as the liaison for the business functions reporting to the SVP to ensure all critical needs are met while helping to prioritize time and attention to the most urgent matters and actively re-prioritizing the SVP's time daily.
  • Manage, prioritize, and maintain extremely active and often complex and changing, daily schedules for the SVP; ensuring all relevant agendas and meeting materials completed prior to the meetings and are attached to meeting invitations.
  • Communicate and project manage multi-departmental tasks
  • Create custom decks for meetings and presentations for the SVP and their direct reports.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for tenant tours, market visits, annual team meetings and ICSC events. Occasional attendance is expected.
  • Communicate with tenant partners to transmit information and coordinate meetings.
  • Maintain Department Goal Scorecard and monitor key goals and objectives of the teams providing monthly status reports to the SVP.
  • Aid SVP in monitoring status of Renewals, New Deal Production, and other key business metrics used to measure performance of the Team.
  • Conduct research as directed by SVP.
  • Provide occasional onsite support for important meetings involving the SVP to include budget meetings, TASC Meeting, ICSC meetings, and any ad hoc special team meetings.
  • Provide backup as needed to the EA supporting the CRO


Administrative Support to SVP's direct reports - 25%
  • Act as cross-functional liaison between teams reporting to SVP
  • Create/coordinate on custom decks for meetings and presentations for the Lifestyle Leasing and Specialty Leasing teams
  • Book and coordinate travel and expenses for the Director of B2B Strategy and the Lifestyle & Specialty Leasing teams providing support for flight and travel plan changes.

REQUIREDEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Associates or higher degree in business or related field or equivalent related work experience.
  • Six plus (6+) years of experience providing administrative and project support in a professional environment


HIRING RANGE DISCLAIMER

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Tanger's total compensation package for employees.

Hiring Range: $78,000- $110,000 per year
