SummaryAs a Senior Professional, ETL Data Analyst (Pharmacy/PBM) at Gainwell, you will perform advanced data analysis, requirements gathering, and ETL mapping design to support pharmacy and healthcare data solutions. This role focuses on translating business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring data integrity, and enabling scalable data transformation processes across Medicaid and PBM environments.
Your role in our missionWhen joining Gainwell, you will:
- Perform requirements gathering and data analysis to support ETL development and healthcare data transformation initiatives
- Create detailed mapping documents and technical specifications based on business and system requirements
- Partner with ETL developers, DBAs, and configuration teams to ensure accurate implementation of data solutions
- Analyze data using SQL and data models to identify transformation logic, trends, and business insights
- Develop test cases and support testing (unit, integration, system, and UAT) to validate that solutions meet design and business expectations
What we're looking for- 5+ years of healthcare business analysis experience, preferably in Medicaid or PBM environments
- 3+ years of strong SQL and technical data analysis experience
- Knowledge of QNXT/schema and healthcare domains including member, eligibility, TPL, claims/encounters (medical & pharmacy), provider, clinical, drug rebate, and financial data
- Experience with requirements gathering, ETL/data mapping, and interface development
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business terms

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
