Job DescriptionOverviewJoin a leading engineering team at the heart of major rail and civil infrastructure projects. As a Senior Estimator - Rail Infrastructure and Civil Engineering, you will play a key role in the success of complex projects by developing strategic and competitive cost estimates. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to support large-scale initiatives in an environment focused on innovation, rigor, and performance.
Your Role- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for rail and civil projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy of evaluations
- Perform quantity take-offs from plans and BIM models
- Develop unit costs for labor, equipment, and materials
- Analyze historical data and conduct market benchmarking
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to optimize bid strategies
- Actively contribute to the preparation of proposals for large-scale projects
About You- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of estimating experience in rail infrastructure and heavy civil construction
- Strong knowledge of railway systems and track construction methods
- In-depth understanding of civil works and infrastructure construction practices
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical data

Additional informationExpected compensation for this role is between Pay Range of $93 800- $129 000. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
