About the roleKey ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Serve as the technical and functional lead for Oracle EPM Planning solutions, owning overall platform architecture, design standards, and roadmap.
- Architect, configure, and enhance enterprise financial planning and forecasting applications, including workforce, capital, revenue, and operating expense planning.
- Partner closely with FP&A, Corporate Finance, Controllership, and Business Unit Finance leaders to align EPM capabilities with strategic planning and forecasting objectives.
- Lead the design of driver-based planning models, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and long-range planning frameworks.
- Design and maintain dimensional models, metadata structures, business rules, calculation scripts, and security configurations.
- Oversee data integrations between Oracle EPM and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, PeopleSoft), ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, focusing on automation, scalability, and usability.
- Provide advanced hands-on troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support for EPM applications during forecast cycles and key financial close periods.
- Establish and enforce governance, documentation, development standards, and change management best practices across the EPM environment.
- Lead and coordinate work performed by third-party contractors, implementation partners, and managed service providers, ensuring quality delivery, adherence to standards, and alignment with business priorities.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to internal analysts, developers, and external resources supporting the EPM platform.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EPM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle EPM Planning / EPBCS (Planning Cloud).
- Proven experience designing and supporting:
o Annual budgeting processes
o Rolling forecast models
o Long-range planning frameworks
o Driver-based planning solutions - Deep understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and financial statement structures.
- Experience with workforce planning, capital planning, revenue and expense modeling, and scenario/version management.
- Hands-on experience with EPM data integration tools and technologies (Data Integration, FDMEE, REST APIs, EPM Automate).
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior Finance and business stakeholders.
- Experience operating in SOX-controlled or highly regulated environments.
Preferred Qualifications- CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar advanced credential.
- Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency organizations.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, or PeopleSoft.
- Experience leading or supporting enterprise financial planning transformation initiatives.

Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.
The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $118,700.00 - $169,800.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
