Full Job Description
Senior EPIC Project Manager to join a leading healthcare organization in the Greater Philadelphia region. The Senior EPIC Project Manager will lead large-scale Epic implementation and migration initiatives, partnering cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of critical healthcare technology programs.

Responsibilities of the Senior EPIC Project Manager:
• Lead complex Epic implementation, migration, and optimization projects within a hospital or health system environment.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and project teams while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, testing documentation, risk registers, and go-live strategies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, clinical teams, and technical resources to drive project success.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate the activities and deliverables of cross-functional teams ranging from two to ten or more project contributors.
• Lead go-live planning, deployment activities, issue resolution, and post-implementation support efforts.
• Provide clear and concise project status updates, presentations, and executive-level communications.

Qualifications of the Senior EPIC Project Manager:
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience within complex Information Systems environments.
• Proven experience leading Epic implementation, migration, or optimization projects in a hospital or health system setting.
• Strong knowledge of Epic applications, with experience supporting modules such as Provider, Beaker, Clinical Applications, Ambulatory, and/or Revenue Cycle applications.
• Experience managing large programs consisting of multiple projects and project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with executive business and clinical leadership.
• Strong business analysis skills with expertise in business and functional requirements development.
• Working knowledge of application development, database management, and operating systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.

Compensation for the Senior EPIC Project Manager includes:
• Pay rate: $70-$75/hour
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
• Fully remote work environment, with occaisonal on-site work
• Contract-to-hire opportunity
