The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced, action-oriented Senior Enterprise IT Strategic Analyst to join our team supporting the Army DCS, G-6, Network Command Control Communications, and Computers Services Integration (NC4SI) Directorate. In this high-visibility role, you will act as the bridge between strategic discussions and tangible execution for the Army's enterprise-level IT initiatives. You will work directly with the customer to capture their intent, help architect strategic courses of action, and independently produce the high-quality staff work required to drive mission success. This position is designed for a "doer" who excels in a fast-paced headquarters environment. We are looking for a professional who can walk out of an executive-level meeting, distill complex challenges into clear strategies, and immediately draft succinct, decision-ready deliverables for leadership.

Responsibilities:
•    Participate in high-level meetings to capture strategic intent, understand mission objectives, and develop actionable IT strategies and courses of action.
•    Translate strategic discussions and complex data into clear, actionable presentations and recommendations for Army senior leadership.
•    Draft, refine, and finalize deliverables—including info and decision briefings, info papers, executive summaries, and quantifiable metrics.
•    Ensure deliverables are clear, concise, succinct, and tailored to the specifications and timelines of leadership.
•    Present completed work products, courses of actions, and strategic briefings to senior military and civilian leaders.
•    Support in driving Army IT modernization and cloud migration initiatives, promoting alignment with Army IT policies and operational mission needs.
•    Collaborate to support the strategic alignment of enterprise-level IT services and applications, verifying compliance with overarching DoD policies.
•    Provide leadership and guidance to teams of experts, ensuring their input is effectively integrated into final, polished staff products.
•    Manage concurrent projects related to cloud migration and enterprise IT services, navigating the Army staff action process to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

Required:
•    An active Secret clearance.
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, IT, or related field.
•    Minimum 5 years of DoD-specific experience, featuring an understanding of DoD IT systems, enterprise architectures, and strategic priorities.
•    Proven track record of capturing customer intent and turning it into finished work products on tight deadlines.
•    Ability to produce clear, concise, and succinct staff products. You must be able to translate technical concepts into actionable insights and present them confidently to senior leaders.
•    Proven experience advising and collaborating directly with military leaders (O-6 and above) and SES personnel.
•    Familiarity with Pentagon processes, Army tasking systems, and staff action package coordination.
•    Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices, enterprise application rationalization, and technology roadmaps.

Desired:

•    Joint Staff, Army/Service Headquarters, or OSD experience at the O-4/O-5 (or equivalent) level or above—specifically in roles requiring heavy staff work and brief production.
•    PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL certifications.
•    Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and implementing Enterprise IT strategies.
•    Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced headquarters environment where priorities and tasks shift frequently.
