Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary analyst for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and implementation for Oracle ERP enhancements and projects
Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions aligned with Oracle best practices and business objectives
Develop and maintain detailed process maps, functional specifications, and system documentation
Support and troubleshoot production issues, including root cause analysis and resolution of ERP and integration challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Procurement, Sales, IT, vendors) to deliver integrated enterprise solutions
Design and support integrations between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery execution
Provide leadership and guidance on system capabilities, optimization opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, including executive sponsors, and drive consensus on solution direction
Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making and system enhancements
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across financial systems and processes
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge-sharing and best practice development

Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university required.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including financial close, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash
Experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools within Oracle Cloud environments
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Lean methodologies)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to bridge technical and functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead enterprise-level initiatives with minimal direction
Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling and protecting sensitive information.
Technical: Proficient with common office technologies, including Windows PCs, Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
Environment: Comfort commuting to/from and working in a 100% on-site setting (listed in this posting), with travel for related meetings/events.
