The Role

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for acquiring, expanding, and retaining large enterprise customers across North America. • Experience selling into complex buying environments with multiple decision makers
  • Strong understanding of enterprise hiring challenges and recruitment marketing ecosystems
  • Proven ability to originate and close large, complex deals through executive networking, relationship-building, and strategic prospecting, including experience leveraging personal networks, referrals, and industry presence to drive enterprise opportunities.
  • Experience successfully selling for a challenger or emerging brand, with a demonstrated ability to compete against established incumbents by leading with insight, value, and differentiation rather than brand recognition alone.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders

  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline, activity, and forecasting
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
