  • Architectural Leadership & Governance:
    1. Serve as the primary technical authority for complex system architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, maintainable, and cost-efficient for a global, customer-facing product.

    3. Drive the reduction of technical debt and continuously improve system performance, stability, and resilience.
  • Scalability & Integration Enablement:
    1. Architect and oversee the implementation of solutions that enable massive growth, transitioning internal tools to a multi-tenant, highly available external product capable of supporting millions of connected vehicles and diverse customer fleets.
    2. Lead the strategy and execution for robust, secure, and scalable integrations with strategic partner software systems, defining API strategies and optimal integration patterns.
  • Technical Team Leadership & Mentorship:
    1. Provide hands-on technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    2. Champion best practices in software development, including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and operational excellence.
    3. Identify and cultivate technical talent, guiding individual engineers in their growth and skill development.
