Product Lifecycle Management Support
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Hands-on expertise in Engineering BOM (EBOM) creation, maintenance, and release management
• Experience in Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR/Change Actions) processes
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and configuration management principles
• Understanding of CAD-PLM integration, preferably CATIA and ENOVIA
• Experience with product structure management, part creation, revisions, and release workflows
• Ability to analyze and validate BOM integrity across multiple vehicle configurations and variants
• Experience in engineering data import/export and data quality management
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills using Excel/Google Sheets including pivot tables and dashboards
• Knowledge of automotive product development and release processes is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Strong experience in Dassault ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platforms
Roles & Responsibilities
• Execute engineering release activities within the ENOVIA PLM environment
• Create, maintain, and manage Engineering BOMs for multiple vehicle programs and variants
• Administer component release and engineering change control processes
• Ensure alignment and consistency between CAD, PLM, and BOM data structures
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely release of components, assemblies, and documentation
• Support engineering change implementation, tracking, and release validation activities
• Maintain product structures, part attributes, revisions, and release records within ENOVIA
• Generate, analyze, and distribute BOM and release status reports to stakeholders
• Support configuration management activities throughout the product development lifecycle
• Monitor BOM accuracy, completeness, and documentation freshness to ensure engineering data integrity
• Facilitate data exchange between engineering teams and external partners/vendors
• Participate in technical discussions related to release planning, BOM structure, and change management
• Proactively identify and resolve PLM data quality and release issues
• Provide regular project status updates and support continuous improvement initiatives within PLM processes

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams (design, softwa re) and non-technical teams (operations, technicians).
Education
BS in Mechanical Engineering (EE), Automotive Engineering (ME) or equivalent practical experience.
Salary Range: $110000 - 125000 a year
