Job Description

The Sr Eng Program Manager role within our Boeing Integrated Product Team (IPT), will be directly reporting to the Sr Eng Program Manager of the IPT and will not have direct reports.

Your Project Engineer (PE) responsibilities may vary based on the currently active programs, however typically responsible for 1 or more Boeing Flight Management Systems (FMS) programs. Your ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams will help align projects with business goals and customer requirements.

Our facility is in Phoenix, Arizona (Deer Valley site), and on a Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Lead and manage engineering programs to ensure successful execution and delivery

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering program management
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with expertise in risk management and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including developing and implementing project plans, monitoring progress, and resource allocation
