Overview

We are adding to our team at our Sun Prairie Innovation Center! Come join us as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. In this role you will help driveearlystage technology innovation by researching markets, developing new concepts, and rapidly prototyping to assess feasibility and risk. It leads crossfunctional collaboration to move ideas into development, supports intellectual property creation, and identifies new growth opportunities.

This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week at our Sun Prairie Innovation Center.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support development of multiple advanced concepts and new technologies aligned with growth initiatives.
  • Conducts competitive analysis, market research, and voice-of-customer investigations.
