Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and analytical engineer to join Sandisk's Supply Chain Planning organization. In this role, you will support end-to-end planning and execution by translating business requirements, supply constraints, and operational realities into actionable, data-driven plans. You will work across multiple planning horizons and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Analyze demand, supply, capacity, and inventory data to identify imbalances, risks, and opportunities across short-, mid-, and longer-term planning horizons
- Develop and evaluate range- and scenario-based plans to assess trade-offs related to capacity, yield, inventory, and service levels
- Drive actions to optimize material and resource utilization in support of revenue, margin, and service objectives
- Own forecast performance and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address material, capacity, and operational constraints, ensuring plans are executable and aligned
- Support business and operations reviews by translating complex planning data into clear insights, options, and recommendations
- Serve as a key liaison across Business Units, Operations, Planning, and Finance to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution plans
- Leverage advanced planning systems and analytical tools to enable constraint-based planning and data-driven decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency
- Support process standardization and documentation to improve planning clarity, transparency, and scalability
QualificationsRequired: REQUIRED:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in planning, operations, or supply chain analytics within a manufacturing or complex supply environment
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., i2 / Blue Yonder, Anaplan)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end planning concepts, including demand-supply balancing and constraint management

- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
- You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
