POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic Data, Analytics, and AI engagements for one of key clients. This role requires a seasoned consulting professional with deep expertise in payments analytics, fraud risk management, and advanced analytics delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business consulting, stakeholder management, thought leadership, and delivery excellence.

They will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while ensuring successful execution of complex analytics initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

This position is heavily client-facing and requires exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex analytical insights into actionable business strategies.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to stakeholders across Risk, Fraud, Payments, Analytics, and Product organizations.
  • Understand client priorities, business challenges, and emerging opportunities within the payments and fraud ecosystem.
  • Drive executive-level discussions and present analytical insights, recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Partner with client leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging Data, Analytics, and AI to improve business performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and analytics leaders.
  • Contribute to account growth through consultative engagement and value creation.


Analytics Delivery Leadership:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale analytics and AI programs focused on fraud risk, payment risk, transaction monitoring, customer protection, and decision intelligence.
  • Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, analysts, consultants, and engineering resources.
  • Ensure delivery excellence, quality governance, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks, models, and actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, and automation solutions.
  • Establish best practices for analytics consulting, solution design, and program execution.


Thought Leadership:

  • Act as a recognized subject matter expert in payments analytics, fraud analytics, and risk management.
  • Stay current with emerging industry trends, regulatory developments, AI innovations, and fraud prevention technologies.
  • Develop executive-level points of view, whitepapers, frameworks, and client presentations.
  • Mentor teams and promote a culture of innovation and analytical excellence.
  • Represent the organization in client workshops, industry forums, and leadership discussions.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from a highly reputed university in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Master's degree (MBA, MS, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Analytics Consulting, Risk Analytics, Fraud Analytics, Payments Analytics, or Data Science.
  • Proven experience managing large client-facing analytics engagements.
  • Deep domain expertise in:
  • Payments Analytics
  • Fraud Detection & Prevention
  • Credit Risk & Transaction Risk
  • Card Payments Ecosystem
  • Digital Payments & Consumer Banking Analytics
  • Financial Services Analytics
  • Prior consulting experience with leading firms such as:
  • Leading analytics consulting organizations.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in risk, fraud, and financial services.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholders and delivering measurable business impact.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience leading AI-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud analytics ecosystems and modern data platforms.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar consulting engagements.
