The primary purpose of this position: To serve as a technical and a lead engineer expert to drive and transform processes and technical baselines to enhance resiliency while accelerating secure software and/or container deployments using modern infrastructure technologies and platforms.
Qualifications/Requirements:
U.S. Citizenships Required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a a Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance.
Drug Testing: This is a designated Drug Testing Position.
Knowledge of DoDAF, TOGAF, and enterprise architecture principles sufficient to design, evaluate, and modernize enterprise-scale IT environments; translate mission requirements into technical architectures; and guide long-term modernization strategy.
Expert knowledge of cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), hybrid cloud integration, cloud security, and enterprise cloud migration strategies to support modernization and mission-critical operations.
Knowledge of DoD CIO policy, cybersecurity directives, mission requirements, and operational constraints in secure environments to ensure modernization aligns with mission needs.
Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity frameworks, RMF, zero-trust principles, and cyber risk mitigation strategies to ensure secure modernization and operational resilience.
Skill in planning, coordinating, and executing complex modernization initiatives; managing resources, schedules, and risks; and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to integrate cloud, AI, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture into cohesive modernization strategies that support mission-critical operations.
