We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team at our Thunder Bay office. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Energy and Resources team, taking on responsibility for a diverse range of multidisciplinary projects. As a key player on our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts, contributing to projects across Canada and gaining valuable experience in various sectors. Primary Responsibilities 3 Participate and produce various deliverables in line with the project needs; 3 Work in multidisciplinary project teams, produce and sign off deliverables; 3 Work with the Department Lead to pursue new business opportunities with new and/or existing clients 3 Assist stakeholders in proposal writing and fee estimates 3 Coach, guide and mentor junior engineers on the team 3 Collaboratively support business/operations through sound management of value, risk, content, communication, knowledge & resources 3 Provide expertise in Capital and Operating projects 3 Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety, as well as all other regulations & policies 3 Development & implementation of budgets 3 Partake in site surveys Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 3 8+ years of engineering design experience within mining, heavy industrial or related industries. 3 P.Eng designation or eligible to become a P.Eng within Canada 3 Proven organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills; 3 Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, self-motivate, and adapt to change; 3 Integrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence At CIMA+, we value diversity of talent and perspective.
