Primary Responsibilities 3 Participate and produce various deliverables in line with the project needs; 3 Work in multidisciplinary project teams, produce and sign off deliverables; 3 Work with the Department Lead to pursue new business opportunities with new and/or existing clients 3 Assist stakeholders in proposal writing and fee estimates 3 Coach, guide and mentor junior engineers on the team 3 Collaboratively support business/operations through sound management of value, risk, content, communication, knowledge & resources 3 Provide expertise in Capital and Operating projects 3 Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety, as well as all other regulations & policies 3 Development & implementation of budgets 3 Partake in site surveys Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 3 8+ years of engineering design experience within mining, heavy industrial or related industries. 3 P.Eng designation or eligible to become a P.Eng within Canada 3 Proven organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills; 3 Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, self-motivate, and adapt to change; 3 Integrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence At CIMA+, we value diversity of talent and perspective.
