Your Impact- Lead the design and development of electrical systems for complex building projects.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
- Ensure all design documents meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Drive innovation and sustainability in every project you touch.
The Skills That Set You Apart- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a valid PEO license.
- 10+ years of experience in the engineering consulting industry.
- Proven expertise in electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Demonstrated success in leading electrical system design across multiple facility types.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
- A passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge to build strong teams.
CompensationBC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $114,600 - $151,800
MB & ON: $104,500 - $143,900
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $103,500 - $137,400
