Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in heavy industrial design and layout, ideally in EPCM environments
• Required instrumentation experience
• Technical college graduate with North American mining experience
• Design experience in consulting, particularly with Mineral Mining projects preferred
• Proficient in PLC and instrumentation design
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Excellent organizational, self-motivated, and communication skills
• Familiarity with engineering codes, standards, and systems coordination

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead engineers to create accurate drawing packages
• Draft electrical diagrams including single-line, three-line, and loop diagrams
• Assist in designing power and lighting layouts, as well as control systems
• Utilize AutoCAD, Microstation, and/or REVIT for drafting
• Issue project drawing and documentation packages efficiently
• Manage multiple projects while meeting client deadlines and deliverables
