Job Title : Senior Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst (Power Platform & Azure)Overview / Summary The Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst designs, develops, and supports enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This role is responsible for solution architecture, system integrations, application development, testing, deployment, CI/CD, and ongoing technical support while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
- Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 platforms.
- Lead and perform project activities including requirements gathering, planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance.
- Develop, test, and deploy application releases, updates, and modifications following SEM.
- Design and document technical architecture solutions across multiple platforms, including system integration and authentication.
- Define, communicate, and manage CI/CD and release management processes for Dynamics 365 technology initiatives.
- Identify technical risks and issues and support resolution activities.
- Perform customer analysis and requirements gathering.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide application support.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, presentations, and written instructions.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- 3+ years of architecture experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Power Pages.
- Experience with the Microsoft Azure platform.
- 5+ years of Azure DevOps experience.
- 3+ years of data architecture experience.
- 5+ years of infrastructure, network, and application support experience.
- Experience with CI/CD and release management.
- Experience with Azure Communications and APIs.
- 5+ years of Technical Customer Service Analyst experience.
- 5+ years of experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and application support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
