You're looking for an experienced full stack developer to join us full-time to design, build, and release web/mobile/desktop applications end to end - from database design and back-end services through polished front-end experiences.
You'll work alongside product managers, designers, and other developers in an agile environment. Level and salary depend on experience: we're open to a range of backgrounds, provided you can own features independently and deliver production-quality .NET code on time.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Blazor).
- Design and implement scalable, secure REST APIs and back-end services.
- Design and optimize relational databases; ensure efficient data management.
- Collaborate with the design team on concepts, wireframes, and mock-ups.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain code quality and best practices.
- Critically evaluate requirements and designs; identify weaknesses and define effective test coverage.
- Document development, deployment, and maintenance processes where needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years professional experience building and shipping web applications with the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET, Blazor). Depth of experience determines level and salary.
- Strong front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery, Bootstrap, or similar).
- 6+ years of experience in database design, development, and optimization with SQL databases (MSSQL, MySQL, or SQLite).
- 6+ year of web infrastructure and hosting experience (cPanel, Apache, Shared/Dedicated Servers, Google Cloud/Azure/AWS, IIS, On Prem)
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Proficiency with version control and agile tooling (Git plus GitHub, Bitbucket, SourceTree, Azure DevOps, or Jira).
- Mobile development with .NET MAUI / Blazor Hybrid (iOS and Android).
- Must be US Person in accordance with ITAR compliance
Nice to Have- Desktop development (WinForms, WPF, Avalonia).
- Other web frameworks: PHP, WordPress, or JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Third-party component libraries (Telerik, MudBlazor).
- Basic graphic design ability (Photoshop, Illustrator, or GIMP).
- Technical certifications (cloud, Scrum, project management).
- A portfolio or code samples (e.g., GitHub) demonstrating your work - highly desirable.
