Job Title: Full Stack .NET Developer (Full-Time Position)
Location: Dallas, TX (4 days On-Site)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
- Build responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue).
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Architect and implement solutions using modern design principles including microservices, containerization, and cloud-native patterns.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and testing.
- Document technical specifications and maintain application documentation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to deliver complete work products.
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests.
- Execute daily, iteration, and project-level tasks on time and within committed timeframes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development using .NET technologies.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Cloud-native development and deployment strategies
- Unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit)
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB)
- Event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g., Azure Service Bus, Kafka)
