The Senior Director, Technology Designs, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short-and long-term solutions to technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure.

- Stakeholder Influence: Act as a change leader, collaborating seamlessly with senior stakeholders, product owners, and control partners to remove delivery bottlenecks.
Leadership & Business Expertise:- Proven Experience leading technical teams executing complex programs and delivering transformation.
- Technical Leadership; Proven track record delivering complex technology programs, such as large-scale cloud migrations, system integrations, executing big data programs, leveraging Data Analytics & AI.
- Applies in-depth knowledge of own function, business and commercial expertise to differentiate from competition.
Problem Solving & Interpersonal Skills:- Applies Technical expertise and emerging technologies to solve business challenges
- Influence & Communication; Executive presence with demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders and influence without direct authority.

Qualifications:- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, digital transformation, or management consulting within the Financial Services/Wealth Management industry.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of wealth management operating dynamics, regulatory environments, and clearing/custody servicing workflows.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is highly preferred.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $250,000 - $260,000.
