Spectrum is seeking a Senior Director, Technology Strategy to define and drive our technology roadmap for Technology Strategy & Innovation (TSI) organization, partnering with senior executives across the company to shape the future of Spectrum's technology portfolio. As a champion of impactful strategy, your expertise will elevate our TSI technology ecosystem and deliver measurable business results.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Define and execute technology strategies that align Spectrum's portfolio to market success
  • Collaborate with technology and product leaders to develop enterprise-wide technology strategies across a range of relevant domains, including wireless and wireline networks
  • Provide strategic guidance for major TSI initiatives, including emerging technology development, competitive assessment, and strategic opportunity development
  • Recommend and implement strategies for competitive positioning and technology development, including quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Translate complex business challenges into solutions across technology-focused strategic initiatives
  • Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams, recruiting and coaching leaders and staff to maximize their potential
