Full Job Description
Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and high-impact Senior Director, Strategy & Product Management to redefine the future of sterile processing workflows. This is a "legacy-building" opportunity. You will be the driving force of a product transformation, evolving our SaaS platform from a functional utility into an indispensable, AI-driven command center for hospital SPD operations.

The organization is looking for a hands-on product leader who has launched and scaled real software products used daily by non-technical customers. You will take full ownership of the platform's strategy, roadmap, and product organization. You will define what the platform becomes next, drive adoption and retention across an enterprise customer base, and partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to align product development with business growth.

You will report directly to the General Manager and lead the charge in making our software the gold standard for patient safety and departmental productivity. If you have demonstrated strengths of product intuition and financial acumen, this is the platform to execute your best work

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Transformation & Roadmap Ownership
  • Visionary Leadership: Completely overhaul the current product roadmap. Move beyond simple tracking to predictive analytics, automated compliance and decision support.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Spend significant time in the field to translate customer pain points into software features that delight users.
  • Agile Execution: Lead the product management team in a high-velocity environment, ensuring the engineering backlog is ruthlessly prioritized for rapid execution and maximum market impact.

2. Operational Excellence
  • Pricing & Packaging: Optimize SaaS pricing models to reflect the value of operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Sales and Marketing to arm them with value propositions that wins in the hospital space.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Own key metrics e.g. LTV, CAC, NRR, ARR, Churn.

3. M&A
  • Buy vs. Build Analysis: Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape. Identify tuck-in acquisitions or strategic partnerships that provide immediate technological advantages or market access.
  • Deal Execution: Work alongside executive leadership to perform due diligence, develop integration plans, and ensure that acquired assets deliver immediate value to our core SaaS offering.
  • Market Positioning: Define the long-term moat for the business, ensuring our product strategy aligns with shifting healthcare reimbursement models and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in product management or product leadership within a SaaS, B2C application or enterprise software company
  • 3 to 5 years leading product managers and product leadership directly
  • Proven ownership of an external-facing software product actively used by non-technical, paying customers in a hospital setup.
  • Demonstrated track record driving engagement, retention, and product-led revenue outcomes
  • 5+ years of M&A experience, including buy-versus-build analysis, due diligence, and integration planning
  • Strong cross-functional experience partnering with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Experience defining product strategy, owning a roadmap, and launching new capabilities successfully to market
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and SaaS product development practices
  • Experience collaborating on product packaging, positioning, and monetization strategies is a plus
  • Familiarity with enterprise B2B buying dynamics and customer success motions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred
