Key Responsibilities- Own value stream and product solution strategy alignment across the assigned product portfolio.
- Partner in a matrixed model across aligned product portfolios and value streams.
- Act as subject-matter expert for the aligned portfolio, market landscape, and industry trends.
- Define solution scope, sequencing, and investment priorities.
- Develop long-term product strategy, business cases, and ROI models.
- Support pricing, positioning, commercialization, contracting, and pre-sales activities.
- Partner with external stakeholders, industry groups, and strategic partners.
- Leverage customer, competitive, and market insights to shape solution strategy and priorities.
- Identify strategic partnerships and external growth opportunities.
- Translate strategy into epics and roadmap direction in partnership with Product Management & Delivery.
Key PartnersSales, Finance, B2B Marketing, Product Management & Delivery, Strategy, Commercialization, Client Management, External Partners, and Product Operations.
Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or a related strategic role, ideally within healthcare technology, payments, or a related industry.
- 3+ years of experience leading strategy for a product portfolio or value stream, including business case development and investment prioritization.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term strategy, ROI models, and business cases that inform executive investment decisions.
- Strong track record partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Commercialization, and Delivery teams in a matrixed organization.
- Deep understanding of market landscape and industry trends relevant to the assigned portfolio.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging external partners and industry groups.
- Experience translating strategy into actionable roadmap direction in partnership with delivery-focused product teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

While location expectations vary by role, candidates within approximately 50 miles of a U.S. office are generally preferred to support collaboration when needed. Our hybrid approach is flexible, and in-office presence is guided by team and business needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule.
Base Salary Range$185,000.00 - $234,650.00
