We're partnering with a growing biotech organization to hire a Senior Director, Sales Controlling & Analytics, a key leadership role at the intersection of finance and commercial strategy.
This role owns revenue management end-to-end, including gross-to-net analytics, government pricing, and state compliance, while acting as a strategic partner to Commercial, Market Access, and Sales leadership.
Key focus areas:
• Gross-to-net modeling and revenue forecasting
• Government pricing & rebate compliance (Medicaid, Medicare, VA)
• State pricing transparency reporting
• Topline performance insights and strategic planning
Ideal background:
15+ years in biotech/pharma finance or consulting, with deep expertise in gross-to-net, pricing, and U.S. government reporting.
