Position Summary

The Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Performance & Transformation serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle, translating strategic priorities into actionable, data-driven plans and ensuring disciplined execution across operations, analytics, and technology.

This leader oversees training, quality assurance, project management, informatics, and business intelligence, aligning these functions into an integrated performance system that drives operational and financial results. The Senior Director serves as the primary liaison between Revenue Cycle Operations and Information Technology, ensuring business needs are clearly defined and solutions deliver measurable impact.

This role will build and lead a Revenue Cycle Performance System that:
  • Translates strategy into a clear, executable roadmap
  • Converts data into driver-based insights and action
  • Aligns operations, technology, and analytics
  • Drives accountability for performance, productivity, and financial outcomes
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define short- and long-term revenue cycle strategies and translate priorities into an executable roadmap.
  • Continuously refine priorities based on performance and business needs.
Performance Management & KPI Governance
  • Establish KPI frameworks aligned with operational and financial performance.
  • Implement a disciplined performance management process with clear accountability.
Productivity & Operational Accountability
  • Define productivity expectations and performance measures.
  • Partner with leaders to address gaps and drive sustained improvement.
Financial Alignment & Planning
  • Align operational plans with budgets and financial targets.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MHA or MBA preferred.
  • 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, strategy, consulting, or related fields.

  • Experience leading at the intersection of operations, analytics, and technology.
