The RoleThis role reports to the GVP, Revenue Operations

The Sr. Director, Revenue Analytics will lead the centralized analytics and data governance function within Revenue Operations, with accountability for how revenue and customer data is governed, integrated, and translated into decisions across CCC’s commercial organization. This role owns the analytics foundation that enables consistent performance visibility, stronger forecast accuracy, better productivity insights, and more effective decision-making across markets.

This leader will set analytics strategy, data governance standards, and team operating rhythms while building a high-performing organization across data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional partnership with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Revenue Systems, Finance, Strategy, and Enterprise Technology, as well as the ability to support core management rhythms including QBRs, operating reviews, annual planning, and executive reporting.

This is a build role focused on establishing a new function during a period of organizational transformation. The person in this role will bring a blend of technical expertise, commercial understanding, and collaborative leadership, along with the ability to create clarity, build trust, and drive progress in a changing environment while balancing near-term impact with long-term scale.


Key Responsibilities:

AnalyticsCOELeadership and Governance

  • Lead the Revenue Analytics function as the source of truth for revenue and customer performance data, with accountability for analytics strategy, governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional decision support across CCC’s commercial organizations.

  • Ensure commercial leaders have consistent visibilityinpipeline health, forecast performance, sales productivity, retention trends, and other core business drivers that inform action and accountability.

Data Integration andEngineering

  • Set the strategy for building a unified, governed analytics layer from CCC’s fragmented commercial data ecosystem, enabling consistent reporting, cross-market visibility, and scalable insight generation.

  • Lead the data engineering function responsible for building andmaintainingdata pipelines, enrichment processes, and the analytical data layer that connects information across core commercial systems and supports forecasting, planning, segmentation, and performance management.

Data Governance and Quality

  • Own the data governance framework for commercial analytics, including metric definitions, field standards, data quality monitoring, and alignment with Finance and RevenueSystems,so reporting is consistent, trusted, and actionable.

  • Establish governance rhythms, scorecards, and controls that improve confidence in the data and reinforce accountability across the commercial organization.

Cross-Market Analytics and Business Intelligence

  • Lead the development of dashboards, performance analytics, predictive insights, and standardized reporting that help commercial leadersmonitorperformance,identifytrends, andtake action.

  • Translate data into clear recommendations that support frontline execution, leadership interventions, and executive decision-making across the business.

Community of Practice and Talent Development

  • Build and develop a strong analytics organization by creating clear standards, shared ways of working, and growth opportunities for team members across data governance, data engineering, and business intelligence.

Transformation Support

  • Lead the stand-up of the Revenue Analytics function by defining the operating model, hiring key talent,establishinggovernance rhythms, and delivering foundational capabilities such as enterprise metric definitions, priority dashboards, data quality scorecards, and a phased analytics roadmap.

  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations leadership to ensure the function supports the broader transformation agenda and delivers measurable value in the first 3to 6months.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred, along with 12+ years of progressive experience in analytics, revenue operations, business intelligence, or data strategy leadership within a commercial environment

  • 7+ years leading analytics or data teams, with experience building functions or teams from the ground up during periods of organizational transformation

  • Deep experience with BI and analytics platforms (Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI) and familiarity with CRM data structures (Salesforce, Gainsight) as a data consumer and governance partner, not necessarily as a system administrator

  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., AI agents, predictive modeling, workflow automation) and a point of view on how they should be integrated into a revenue analytics operating model

  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, system integrations, and the architecturerequiredto connect multiple enterprise data sources into a unified analytics layer that supports planning, forecasting, segmentation, and performance management

  • Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks, including metrics standardization, data quality monitoring, business rule alignment, and cross-functional agreement on definitions and reporting standards

  • Demonstrated ability tooperatein a matrixed environment, influence without direct authority, and build alignment across senior stakeholders with competing priorities whilemaintainingmomentum and delivery

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, insurance technology, or multi-market commercial organizations strongly preferred

  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data, systems, and performance concepts into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership, operating reviews, and board-level discussions

  • Track recordof building high-performing teams with a culture of accountability, intellectual curiosity, and continuous improvement

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make progress on multiple fronts simultaneously while balancing immediate business needs with the infrastructurerequiredfor long-term scalability
