Full Job Description
A career as Senior Director, Product and Growth at National Bank Insurance means playing a direct role in achieving our growth ambitions. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for evolving and growing our insurance product portfolio to accelerate the achievement of our business objectives and maximize value creation for the organization.

Leading a growing team, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, evolving our offering, and executing strategic initiatives that have a tangible impact on the performance, profitability, and competitiveness of the Insurance sector. This role will allow you to leverage your expertise in insurance, product management, and market development, as well as your strategic vision and business acumen, to contribute sustainably to the sector's growth.

Your role
• Define and evolve the strategy for an insurance product portfolio to drive growth, strengthen competitive positioning, and maximize value creation.
• Own product performance, profitability, and growth by guiding decisions through strategic, financial, and market analyses.
• Develop product roadmaps and evolve the offering based on client needs, market trends, and business priorities.
• Contribute to the execution of National Bank Insurance's strategic plan by identifying and activating key growth drivers and market development opportunities.
• Develop strategies that support client acquisition, engagement, and retention while transforming strategic priorities into tangible business results.
• Monitor industry trends and contribute to innovation, as well as the digital evolution of client journeys and product offerings.
• Lead and develop a team of product management specialists by fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, while building strong internal and external strategic partnerships.

Your team

You will report to the Senior Vice-President, Products and Business Strategy, and lead a team of professionals specialized in product management. Positioned at the heart of National Bank Insurance's strategic priorities, you will actively contribute to the sector's growth by working closely with distribution, actuarial, operations, marketing, technology, and transformation teams, as well as numerous external partners.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and more than 10 years of relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated experience in insurance product management.
• Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, market development initiatives, and value creation programs.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, including product lifecycle management, pricing, profitability, and the key performance drivers of the industry.
• Actuarial designation (ACIA or FCIA) considered a strong asset.

Languages:

English, French
