Position SummaryThe Senior Director, Product Management, is responsible for defining and executing Behavioral Health (BH) product strategy across a portfolio of products and capabilities that support enterprise growth, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business performance. This leader owns the end-to-end product lifecycle and partners across the organization to deliver measurable business value.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:- Define and execute product vision and multi-year strategy
- Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, and roadmap management
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Technology, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics
- Champion innovation, digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
- Establish governance, KPIs, OKRs, and performance reporting
- Present strategy and business outcomes to executive leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams

Required Qualifications:- 8+ years of progressive product management /managed care experience, including leadership of product portfolios and teams
- Extensive experience with Substance Use Disorder
- Experience working in regulated, multi-state healthcare environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and drive measurable improvement
- Proven solid strategic, analytical, financial, and stakeholder leadership skills
Preferred Qualification:- Experience leading transformative changes, agile product organizations, and emerging technology initiatives

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $159,300 - $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
