This is a fully remote position and can be located anywhere in the US.
Position Purpose: Oversee service product lines. Establish a profitable, disciplined organization that demonstrates a solid foundation for future growth.
• Collaborate with local health plans and corporate service areas to set overall strategy and maintain visibility into initiative status, risks, dependencies, and performance against goals supporting the strategy
• Establish and manage governance, intake, and prioritization processes for strategic initiatives
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of complex programs, ensuring clear scope, ownership, timelines, and outcomes
• Develop and implement reporting and oversight infrastructure to ensure that products are meeting financial, quality, and operational goals while remaining in full compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Build network of relationships with experts to ensure knowledge flow of best practices to the local health plans and corporate departments
• Identify and implement new models and solutions to improve care, quality and cost efficiency
• Lead the centralized Medicare PMO, owning execution of high‑priority, cross‑functional initiatives across the enterprise
• Institute continuous improvement program
• At least 20% travel required
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field. 7+ years of Medicare, dual eligible management or related specialty experience, preferably in a health plan. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. Master’s degree preferred. Experience in Special Needs Plans is desired.
Licenses/Certifications: Current state driver’s license
Pay Range: $148,000.00 - $274,200.00 per year
