Job Overview

The Senior Preconstruction Director is responsible for leading preconstruction services across multiple projects and support high-quality planning, estimating, and client solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing budgets, schedules, staffing, procurement planning, value management, and risk strategy while partnering closely with clients, operations leaders, and preconstruction teams.

 

 

Senior Preconstruction Director Required Qualifications:

      • 17+ years of relevant industry experience in construction, estimating, or preconstruction
      • 15+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, including use of estimating software
      • 10+ years of experience managing multiple preconstruction assignments, managing teams, and overseeing project deliverables
      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
