Full Job Description
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Senior Director, Patient Admissions Analytics leads the development and delivery of analytics that enable strong performance across the patient access organization. Working within the established data and analytics environment,
this role is responsible for transforming complex admissions data into meaningful and actional insights that improve visibility identify opportunities, and support informed decision making. This is a key role that collaborates with
revenue management, payor strategy, clinic operations, business development and finance. The Senior Director partners closely with Patient Access leadership and enterprise functions to ensure reporting metrics, and analytic capabilities effectively support business needs. The role brings a comprehensive view of the
admissions journey, enabling leaders to better understand performance drivers and influencers, prioritize opportunities and improve patient access and operational outcomes. The Senior Director also plays a key role in forecasting and financial performance analysis.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leads the analysis and interpretation of patient admissions performance, identifying trends, opportunities,
risks, and key drivers across the admissions journey.
• Provides senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations to support patient access,
admissions performance and business decision making.
• Oversee the development and delivery of enhanced admissions reporting dashboards, scorecards and
executive level analyses, ensuring timely and accurate visibility to key performance indicators.
• Establishes and maintains consistent performance measures, data definitions, reporting methodologies, and
analytical standard for patient admissions.
• Evaluates referral, conversion, patient flow, and other admissions performance trends to identify opportunities
for improvement and areas requiring leadership attention.
• Leads complex financial and operational analysis related to patient access initiatives, including assessments
of business impact, performance outcomes, and opportunities.
• Partners with admissions leadership and enterprise data, finance, payor, revenue cycle management,
business development and other functions to align data, reporting and analytical capabilities with business
needs.
• Serves as a key analytical advisor to admissions and the executive leadership team, as appropriate, to
transform complex information into clear conclusions, implications and recommendations.
• Ensure appropriate data governance, accuracy, controls, documentation, and audit readiness for admissions
reporting and analytics.
• Leads and develops the Patient Admissions analytics team, establishing expectations for analytical rigor,
responsiveness, collaboration and continuous improvement.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/ finance or business health management degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• 10 plus years of progressive experience in analytics, healthcare operations, financial analysis, business performance or
a related field, including experience supporting complex organizations.
• Seven plus years of leadership, including leading analytical teams, functions, or complex cross-functional work.
• Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to evaluate performance, identify business drivers, and influence
operational outcomes.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in large complex organizations.

The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate's work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.

Annual Rate: $130,000 - $210,300 for Waltham, MA
