Full Job Description
How you'll make an impact:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Director, Partner Marketing to spearhead the integrated development and execution of our enterprise-defining Partnership Marketing strategy for a multi-product portfolio. This role requires an expert strategist capable of setting multi-year priorities, architecting marketing channel frameworks, and driving significant company-level demand generation and brand impact. You will be the executive escalation owner for complex channel and partner growth challenges, leading decisions on channel conflict, partner economics, brand risk, and capacity trade-offs. As the enterprise standard-setter for Partnership Marketing, you are recognized internally and with key partners as the subject-matter expert who defines best practices, architects scalable operating models, and shapes executive decisions. This is an individual contributor role.

What you'll do:
  • Own the multi-year Partnership Marketing strategy, investment thesis, and channel marketing architecture to align with overall company objectives and maximize marketing efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and manage the partner portfolio strategy, focusing on partner tiers, joint business planning, high-impact co-marketing campaigns, and distribution plays. Ensure sustained value capture and marketing alignment through QBRs/EBRs and executive steering committees.
  • Lead marketing performance analysis, establish a scalable measurement and optimization strategy for all partner channels. Define KPI frameworks (partner-sourced revenue, retention impact, Marketing ROI) and govern experimentation to accelerate data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Drive the marketing rollout for all partner launches and joint Go-to-Market (GTM) programs, developing partner-specific value propositions, messaging, and collateral, and maintaining accountability for measurable outcomes.
  • Draft and submit detailed creative briefs to internal design and production teams, ensuring all assets are aligned with partner requirements, campaign objectives, and format specifications.
  • Lead the cross-functional review and approval workflow for all creative assets, collaborating with Legal, Programming, and Brand teams to ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and brand integrity.
  • Diagnose partner underperformance, lead corrective actions, and evolve operating models. Develop and operationalize leading-edge approaches, playbooks, and major new tools (e.g., partner economics models, launch-readiness frameworks) to elevate the entire partner marketing practice.
  • Establish and continuously evolve the enterprise partner/channel marketing operating model, governance cadence, and decision frameworks (e.g., partner economics, capacity trade-offs, channel conflict resolution) adopted across the company.
  • Mentor and upskill senior marketers, cross-functional leaders, and partner stakeholders by codifying playbooks, coaching on complex trade-offs, and serving as the escalation point for the toughest partner growth challenges.

What you'll need:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 10 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience. Demonstrated success leading enterprise channel/partner marketing initiatives with sustained ownership of high-stakes strategy and investment decisions.
  • Deep expertise in partner ecosystems and channel strategy, including designing operating models that scale and deliver measurable growth.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to set KPI frameworks, evaluate measurement trade-offs, and drive budget allocation with a clear focus on maximizing Marketing Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Proven ability to build and influence formal cross-functional networks across Sales, Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Legal/Privacy without direct authority. Demonstrated ability to mentor senior stakeholders and enable teams across the organization through coaching, playbooks, and consultative leadership.
  • Track record of confidently owning ambiguous, high-stakes decisions with material business impact, including risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Communication: Executive-level written and verbal communication excellence, capable of crafting clear narratives and trade-off recommendations for senior leadership and external partner executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and preferred skills in Monday.com, Tableau, Branch, and/or Canva.
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
